Tiskwest (ⵜⵉⵙⴽⵡⴻⵙⵜ) means “hexagonal shape” in the native Berber language, named after the modern geometric designs creatively woven in this rug. It was handwoven by artisans of the Beni M'Guild tribes in the Middle Atlas Mountains of Morocco, known for their high-quality wool and abstract designs.

They provide enough cushioning to make walking or sitting comfortable but are also low-maintenance and durable enough for high-traffic areas.
Age: The rug was woven within the last few years and is gently used, with no significant wear.
Colors: This rug has a predominately natural cream wool base as a backdrop for vibrant geometric patters - a ochre rectangle shape, a soft pink triangle, and a blue elongated hexagonal shape.

Handmade items add a natural textured element to modern, minimalist spaces, adding depth and character—a design trend that's gaining popularity.
Materials: Made from hand-spun Moroccan sheep wool, the dyes are made from natural plant-based dyes. The ochre is likely from earth minerals or walnut husks, the pink from pomegranate skins or madder root, and the blue from indigo. The rug was handwoven on a wooden loom using traditional Berber knotting techniques.
