Tasirt (ⵜⴰⵙⵉⵔⵜ) rug in in Tamazight, the native Berber language, means “Connection.” It is inspired by the way the ancient art of Berber weaving intersects with the modern world.
It was handwoven by artisans from the Beni Ourain tribes in the Middle Atlas Mountains of Morocco, this rug is made with premium hand-spun Moroccan sheep wool, known for its softness and durability.

Colors: This rug has a natural cream wool base with bold geometric shapes in earthy tones - A rich red section that represents primal, old energy, and beige tones that represent a more recent, lighter energy. The clean cream color of the natural wool gives it contrast.

Materials: Made from hand-spun Moroccan sheep wool, the dyes sourced from natural plant-based dyes in the local area where the rug was woven. The rug was handwoven on a wooden loom using traditional Berber knotting techniques.
