Return & Exchange Policy
At OMI Artifact, we aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Below, you’ll find the details of our return and exchange policies, tailored to your location.
Domestic Orders (Within the USA)
Return Policy:
- 14-day Return Policy: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- 10% Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee applies, based on the original purchase price.
- Eligibility: Items must be in their original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
Exchange Policy:
- A Reduced 5% Restocking Fee: If you opt for an exchange, a reduced restocking fee of 5% will apply.
- Exchange Processing: A unique merchant credit will be issued for the original purchase amount minus the 5% restocking fee. This credit will never expire and can be used for future purchases.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:
- Email returns@omicuration.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange.
- Once approved, you’ll receive a return shipping label and instructions.
- Send the item back to our US returns center:

*Items sent back to us without first requesting a return label will not be accepted.

International Orders (Outside the USA)
Return Policy:
- 14-day Return Policy: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for 100% of the return shipping costs. For bulky or oversized items we recommend contacting us in advance for a shipping cost estimate. We have two return centers located in the US and Morocco, and we can work with you to determine the cheapest return rate.
Exceptions:
- If the item is defective, damaged beyond natural vintage wear, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost.
Note: Vintage items often have natural wear due to age, which is not considered a defect. We do not usually approve damage claims on vintage items that include holes, signs of repairs, wear, fading, color bleeding, etc.
Customs & Duties:
- Import Duties: Any customs or import duties paid at the time of delivery are non-refundable by us. Customers may consult their local customs authority for reimbursement options.
- Return Duties: Export duties incurred for international returns are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise.

Damages & Issues
Inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Email returns@omicuration.com immediately.
- Include your order number and photos of the issue.
We’ll assess the claim and resolve it promptly.
General Exceptions
The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:
- Custom or personalized products.
- Sale items or items marked “Final Sale.”
- Gift cards.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method (minus the applicable restocking fee of 10% for returns, 5% for exchanges for US orders).
- Processing time: Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
